The Gong is an ancient instrument that has been used to bring people into deep states of relaxation & meditation by slowing down the brain waves & calming the nervous system. We are working to repair the body from the inside out! All you have to do is show up & listen!

In one ancient form of yoga, sound is the teacher. Naad Yoga is a physical and emotional science of breath, postures, mantra, and sound immersion. This workshop explores Naad Yoga, the storyof sound and its origin, focusing on the Mul Mantra and on the many ways that pavan, the carrier of prana, can also be a teacher, a guru, and a direct path to intuition and fulfillment.

Valerie Weir has extensive experience in sound yoga, having trained personally with Yogi Bhajan, Don Conreaux, Mata Mandir Singh, and Professor Surinder Singh.
